Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

Please note: You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item Recorded Delivery. We do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or an Karam Jewellery error, and then we will only refund the price of Recorded Delivery, if you choose to send items back by Special Delivery, Karma Jewellery will not cover this cost unless a prior agreement has been made with Karma Jewellery.

You must download a copy of the Karma Jewellery returns form and send it with the item(s) you are returning.

Exclusions

Please note that Karma Jewellery for hygiene reasons cannot exchange or offer a refund on Earrings and Belly bars (Body Jewellery)

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or your piece does not fit, simply return the items back to us for a full refund.

If you purchase one of our item(s) online you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the dispatch date to return the item(s). The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and in a saleable condition.

Goods are returned to Karma Jewellery at your own expense. When sending the parcel, Karma Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post and recommend using recorded delivery or a similar postage method that requires a signature on delivery. We will not credit the return postage costs unless the return is due to a Karma Jewellery error or the goods are faulty.
